Meet the Doctor

  • Mark A. Barradas

    Mark A. Barradas grew up in Daly City, just north of South San Francisco. He graduated from Westmoor High School in 1978 and went on to study at The University of San Francisco, where he graduated in 1982 with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Biology. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Marquette University, 1986. Not long after, Dr. Barradas opened his practice in South San Francisco and he has been practicing dentistry for over 34 years.

    Mark truly enjoys serving the people of San Mateo County. In fact, he married one of them. Dr. Barradas has been married to his wife, Hilda for 37 years and they have two sons and a daughter-in-law, Paul, Olivia, and Eric. Mark and his wife are very involved in their community as well. They are active members of St. Roberts Parish in San Bruno and Dr. Barradas is involved with the local chapter of The Rotary Club, serving as its president (2009-2010). Mark is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce, the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, San Mateo County Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry and CERT, which stands for Community Emergency Response Team. Dr. Barradas and his wife also enjoy camping, swimming, good music, family and friends. He particularly loves traveling to Hawaii when he can.
